El Egio

The area is spectacular, and the accommodation is warm. That's the only good thing about it. It's really dirty and missing lots of kitchen items. The lighting is dim, the sofa is crappy and uncomfortable, and there's just one extremely dirty table. I'll come back to the area, but I'll find somewhere else to stay.

It was warm, cozy, and quiet in the house, just right for relaxing, and the owner was friendly. The bed needs to be more comfortable, especially the pillow. It was really old, with high and low spots from so much use, and the mattress made noise. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We slept terribly.

That pellet stove was a great find and worked really nicely. The cleanliness, though, could be a lot better. When we talked to the owner, they said the high occupancy rate was behind the problem. We'll come back to the area, but look for somewhere else to stay.

These rural cottages are reasonably priced and stay cool unless it's extremely hot outside. They're great for relaxing. There is cell phone coverage, but no internet access, so they aren't a good fit for remote work or relaxing if you need a fast connection.
