We had a cozy apartment with a view of the main plaza. I’d gladly stay here again.

We had a lovely balcony, but there was no light to switch on out there. The bedroom had enough space, though the kitchen and bathroom, shower included, were extremely small. It was also hard to reach the apartments, and nobody was there in person to help with the keys. The location was excellent, and they’d set the table and left us a welcome bottle of wine. October 2025

Check-in and check-out were really convenient. The place was exactly as shown on the website, and it was all very nice and clean in a prime spot. Everything was great 😊

Coffee capsules and a bottle of wine were a nice extra. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and had what we needed. Its lovely balcony looks out over the spectacular Plaza Mayor.

We left very happy with our stay at Balcones de Galaz. The accommodation was good quality for a very reasonable price, and the location worked well both for exploring nearby and taking it easy. Booking was quick and trouble-free. Even though we arrived late, they let us check out at 1 pm, giving us extra time to enjoy the stay. A couple of small things could be improved. The towels in the room with the whirlpool tub were a bit small, and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. Shampoo and shower gel would also have been useful, since none were provided in the bathroom.
