We had the Camamilla room, which was spacious and clean, and the whole place felt calm and peaceful. The shared areas were clean and roomy too, with decor that suited the island. We especially loved the garden and its different little areas. When we had an issue with the TV, they did everything they could to fix it. They were friendly throughout and kept in touch to check we were comfortable. I’d choose this accommodation again when I return, and I’ve recommended it to friends and family.

I completely agree with Xavier's opinion. The location was great, just a two-minute walk from the center, with two free parking lots nearby. The staff exchanges were very cordial, the common areas were clean and lovely, and the property had real charm, sunshine, a large kitchen, a self-service laundry room and a big living room. But we were extremely disappointed. We booked six nights after seeing bright rooms with beautiful bay windows in the photos, then arrived to find a very dark ground-floor room. We had to switch rooms because the bathroom lever pipe was broken and caused a huge leak that flooded the bathroom. The staff responded quickly and changed our room directly, which we appreciated. The second bedroom was another disappointment. There was mold in the bathroom and rotten wood, and shower water ran into the bathroom and then the bedroom. The window leaked too, and we ended up with a soaked bed. The rooms had very poor insulation, so we could hear everything. There was no daily cleaning, just once a week in the room, and no soap. The place is coliving, so it doesn't come with hotel services, but it still wasn't cheap and the work really needs doing. These problems are unacceptable. The tourist tax wasn't included either.

The place was lovely, with all kinds of services available, and centrally located in Ciutadella. Best of all, it had a really peaceful atmosphere. I was very happy with this accommodation, and we’d definitely return.

The common areas had undeniable charm and got plenty of sun. The apartments seemed quiet, the bedroom had air conditioning, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The location was good too. The bathroom walls and ceiling had a lot of mold. After we complained, someone came to “clean” it, but none of the mold was removed. There was a constant damp, musty smell in both the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom opened onto the landing, so it was hard to air it out while keeping any privacy. There was little light too. We had to turn the lights on in broad daylight, and the French doors opened straight onto the landing and passageway, facing a large wall. The room had no soundproofing from the rest of the coliving facility. Despite the rules, we were woken several times each night: footsteps echoing overhead in the middle of the night, furniture being moved upstairs at 1:30 a.m., doors slamming at 6:00 a.m., and a scooter driving through the entrance and past our room with the engine running at 6:30 a.m. The other tenants showed little consideration, and the rooms above offered no privacy. The host asked us to sort it out directly with the other tenants through the WhatsApp group, and kept excusing the issues as part of the “coliving” concept. The price was grossly excessive given the number of serious flaws. The tourist tax wasn't included, unlike at other establishments. There was no soap, shower gel or shampoo, and no breakfast, despite what we’d read in reviews. There was no real coliving atmosphere despite the hosts insisting there was. Nobody said hello and there was little courtesy. The WiFi was poor and went down often.
