Our room had a balcony, a TV and a small refrigerator, and it stayed cool enough that we never needed the A/C. It was clean and very comfortable. Parking was plentiful out front and nearby, with a large grocery store just 3-5 minutes away and the old town a 10-15 minute stroll. The staff helped us, though they were quite reserved and not very smiley. Their English was limited, but we managed to communicate well. Even so, we didn't feel truly welcome.

I stayed on my own in a basic double room and loooved it. The place felt peaceful, sweet and quiet, and I felt really looked after. My room was cleaned regularly, and having a balcony was a nice touch. There was parking out front, plus tasty, inexpensive breakfast every day. The hostess was accommodating. There were lots of couples of different ages from France and Spain.

Enes, the host and proprietor, was always ready with advice about this wonderful island. The hotel was in a good spot, quiet, and just right for a place to sleep at night. A lovely little gem.

Our hostess was so kind and helped us get to know the area. The location was handy, about a minute from Platja Gran, the nearest cove, and 15 minutes from both central bus stations. The amenities and service were great, and it was good value.

Just outside the center of Ciutadella, the hotel was in a great spot. The rooms were really comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.
