Hotel Tres Tocs

The room is so small for two that it felt like we were paying just for a bed and shower, with barely any closet space. It is very central, but the noise carries from everywhere. You can hear the street, from garbage collection to bikes and conversations, as well as guests throughout the building, whether they’re in the hall, upstairs, or next door. The windows and rooms aren’t soundproofed. The shower only gets hot intermittently and has no pressure. They don’t make the beds or provide breakfast or anything else. It might be all right for one person for a couple of days, but I wouldn’t stay longer. In the middle of summer, I can’t imagine sleeping with all that noise.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and Susana at reception was so friendly. She was always ready with suggestions for places to visit around the island and restaurants in Ciutadella, and her service deserves a special thank you. I stayed three nights at the beginning of October and can confirm the hotel is right in the centre of Ciutadella’s beautiful old town. I’ll be back to Menorca and would be delighted to stay here again.

We received a very warm welcome, and the rooms were clean and well cared for. The residence is in a great location. Its rating doesn’t do justice to its quality, and we highly recommend it.

It’s right in the centre of Ciutadella, with very good service, and the hotel is very clean. I’d recommend it, though I’m not giving five stars because the bed in my room wobbled on its unstable base.
