The location was a real plus, with a beach, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and helpful, and there was a good choice of food. But we booked because the hotel was rated four stars, and it didn’t come close for us. The rooms felt very dated and basic, and the cleaning was inconsistent. There were no little extras like shampoo, just body wash and hand soap, and ours were even in the wrong places, by the sink and over the shower. The shower kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold. The air conditioning controls were so worn that we couldn’t read the numbers and needed someone to turn it on. We never saw the entertainment because the children’s show ran from 9 to 10 p.m. We like seeing children have fun, but that was too late for us, so we went out or back to our room to escape the noise. There were plenty of sunbeds, but the towel claiming was definitely a thing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re after a holiday camp style break.

As a single parent travelling with my son, I felt very safe here, which meant a lot. The reps were fantastic with him and helped make memories he’ll be talking about for ages. We had such a lovely holiday and would come back. The hotel, including the pool area, was spotless, and all the staff, cleaners included, were warm and friendly. Our room was cleaned and made up every day, so it felt comfortable and relaxing. The food was good, though the evening meals got a bit repetitive after a few days. Luckily, there are lots of lovely places nearby to eat, and we really enjoyed going out. The location is brilliant.

The harbour nearby was beautiful for evening walks, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. Food was good throughout, and we made some wonderful family memories on our first holiday with our 8 month old. We’d happily return and recommend it to families wanting a relaxing, enjoyable break. Everyone was warm, welcoming and attentive, and our little one loved seeing the friendly faces each day. Special thanks to Kilian and Paula from the animation team for being so kind and helpful. Kilian also organised a fun game of water polo that we really enjoyed. Vanesa from the bar staff was always friendly and gave excellent service, and Ahmed the chef cooked great food consistently.

The Globales Entertainment Team were amazing 👏 🤩. Andreà was especially kind and friendly, and all the activities kept my 8 year old amused, especially the running pad in the swimming pool. I think the entertainment is brilliant and would definitely recommend it for younger children.

The food was lovely, though there wasn’t much choice, so it’s perfect for a couple of days. The hotel itself was beautiful, with clean rooms and a lovely view of the pool and beach. The lifeguard was so good, kind and attentive, keeping a close eye on the kids.
