Hotel Eurostars Patios de Córdoba

We stayed two nights in room 312, and it was an awful experience for a four-star hotel. The toilet pipes made really loud noises, and the floor was wet. We reported both problems, but were told there were no other rooms and all the rooms had the same noise. They gave us towels to dry the floor. When we got back the second night, the towels had been removed, and both the floor and bed were wet. Apparently something had happened with the alarm. They did move us to another room that night, where the noise was gone, but we had to go downstairs for the key and move our things ourselves in the middle of the night. No one at the hotel apologized for all the inconvenience.

The patio was beautiful, and the hotel is conveniently close to many attractions. We stayed two nights. Our room was okay, nothing to brag about, and we were given a handicap room without asking. It was on the first floor, which was convenient. The beds were a bit hard and springy, but the AC worked well and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The TVs aren't smart and only have basic channels. That didn't bother us, but I wanted to mention it. In the morning there was a strong sewage or trash smell, bad enough that the hotel had a door propped open for ventilation.

The breakfast was tasty, and the room felt comfortable. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to La Mezquita. The staff were very nice.

The staff were attentive and really helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The location worked well for a short stay, close to the sights and plenty of restaurants. Recommend!
