Handy for a night and good value, with quick service and a great location almost beside the market. One thing to know: the pillows are hard and a bit out of shape. Bring your own hairdryer if you're planning to wash your hair.

The building is pleasant, the furnishings are tasteful, and the location is excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, though the sheets, pillows, and bath linens didn't seem clean enough. A little more attention to upkeep would help too: the bathroom sink faucet was loose, and the towel rack was broken.

The street stays noisy until after midnight, so it's lively if you're going out but not good for sleeping. The beds are short and won't suit tall people. Inside, the cleanliness and upkeep were very poor: mold in the bathroom, cobwebs, stained sheets, a hairy blanket, dirty drawers, and a broken shower with the shower head coming loose under high pressure. Be careful when switching on the fan. With a proper deep clean, this could be a nice central place, but at over €120 a night I expected more.

The location is the only good part. What was advertised as a whole apartment with a balcony turned out to be a shared apartment with just a tiny room. There was a terrible sewage smell, the air conditioner was broken, the walls were paper-thin, and there was no privacy or shower towel. The landlord barely seemed to exist and never answered any of my messages. Most of the time, there was practically no hot water either. The worst place I've ever stayed. Pathetic.
