It was hard to find an available hostel or albergue at a proper pilgrim price while walking the Camino del Norte, so I'm really grateful Casa Fernando gave me a bed for a good price. The town doesn't offer much, but it's a good place to rest. The staff were lovely and packed me breakfast to take in the morning. My room and bathroom were very clean, and the towels and sheets were clean too. Thank you so much!

Jose Luis is so attentive to everyone, especially pilgrims. I got here early and had a couple of pinchos, a drink and coffee, then a single room, a full choice dinner, and a complete breakfast the next morning. That wasn't the €12 menu, which looked excellent. Everything came to €50 including tip. It's a one-stop place and the best value package I've had in a long time, a full 24 hours of food and rest. Highly recommended.

The staff were really friendly, but the food was disappointing. It wasn't cooked properly and some of it was cold. The worst paella I've ever tried.
