I slept better here than I had in months. The apartment is charming and cozy, and that more than makes up for the few drawbacks. Laura’s service was exceptional: they got in touch quickly on WhatsApp and sent all the instructions we needed for our stay. If we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, from the kitchenware to the coffee capsules and Nespresso machine, plus they even leave a small bottle of semi-skimmed milk. The whirlpool bathtub is a little cracked, but it still works perfectly and looks nice. Since it’s in the city center, there’s no parking nearby, and you have to climb stairs.

It’s well placed and has everything you need, but the cleanliness really needs work, including the sheets. It needs a thorough clean. Breakfast is packaged pastries, though there’s enough. With better cleaning, this would be fantastic.

It’s a very nice place in a great location, and I’d still recommend it despite a few issues. I couldn’t choose the air conditioning temperature, only switch it on or off. Cleanliness could be better, and the breakfast was very poor. It’s not accessible for children with high chairs, and the price felt a bit high.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. It looked just like the photos, was well insulated despite the high ceilings, and checking in was easy. Breakfast the next morning was easy too. Parking was difficult, and the hilly area with stairs made it awkward to carry luggage. They gave us a discount on the 7-story public parking garage, though.
