The staff were kind and ready to help with anything, from information to bikes, and they had tasty breakfast and refreshments waiting after a day trip. We felt completely relaxed at this peaceful hotel surrounded by nature. We'll definitely come back!

The host was fabulous and kind, and anything we needed was taken care of right away. The swimming pool was quiet and relaxing for both adults and children. Bikes were free, and there were billiards and toys for the kids. Breakfast was cheap and good, and check-in and checkout were quick. This is a wonderful place to unwind and, if you have a car, a great base for Cuenca and Valle Encantada. Excellent price for what you get.
