We were able to book, then were told there was no availability. When we asked for a cancellation, they ignored us. He said he’d found us another place without telling us, even though we’d already booked somewhere else. In the end Airbnb had to make him cancel. Then he insulted us and blamed us. Luckily, we contacted Airbnb, and because of the disrespectful behavior and lies, they said they would suspend the account.

Diego was quick to answer our questions and gave us excellent tourist information. We also appreciated the bread, jam, and tea, plus the shared area stocked with a kettle, sugar, spoons, toaster, coffee machine, water, snacks, and a fridge. A thoughtful setup for a light breakfast. We stayed two nights and loved it: our room was spacious and quiet, the place was clean, and it’s near the old town. Thanks, Diego! We’ll call you if we’re back in Cuenca.

I booked over WhatsApp at 8:30 pm, and the owner was very attentive. By 9:00 I was in my room, and I had a really pleasant night. Everything was spotless, the location was great, and the price was affordable. I stayed in room 1. The only issue was that the shower holder wouldn’t stay in place, which made washing my hair a bit awkward. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

The family room is bright and very spacious, with its own bathroom. Everything was very clean, and the location in Cuenca is excellent. I recommend it.
