The location is excellent for the price, and the owners were polite. They even let us leave our backpacks there until the last minute, which we really appreciated. The room itself could use work: the furniture is extremely old, the hallway floor creaks, and the bathrooms badly need renovating, especially the bathtubs. One had no hot water, which is essential. The bedroom door also won't lock unless you use the key. It's okay for a couple of nights, but a facelift would make a big difference.

Cheap enough, but pretty shabby. The beds are very soft, the facilities are old, and cleanliness is adequate rather than great. It would do for a night or two, though other places at the same price are more comfortable.

For an affordable room, you get a TV, Wi-Fi, a sink, a wardrobe, comfortable beds, a balcony, a window, and heating. The bathroom is shared. But the shower has no hot water, the floors creak badly, and cleaning isn't good enough. I wouldn't stay longer than one night. The door won't close fully without the key, the lighting is poor, and the stairwell door opens by pulling a chain, so anyone can get in.

Everything is old, and maybe in a few years it will count as vintage. Still, at this very low price, I only expected the basics: somewhere clean and comfortable. The guesthouse delivered. Both the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
