Princesa VUT

Félix was a terrific host and even offered us his parking space. There was fruit, bread, butter and everything else we needed for breakfast for the first couple of days. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with good beds, new appliances and plenty of kitchenware. It's well located too. No complaints, we'd happily come back.

We spent five nights here and slept really well, even in the August heat. The house stayed cool without us needing the air conditioning, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Félix was attentive to every detail throughout our stay. The place is very clean, comfortable and well located, with toys for little ones. They also left ground coffee and capsules, fruit, milk, tea, bread, butter, jam, oil and condiments. You can see how much care goes into looking after the apartment and guests. Coming here was a great decision. Thanks for everything!

The PRINCESA apartment, VUT, actually looks even better in person than in the photos, which is unusual in my experience. I stayed six nights and was very glad I chose it. It's spacious, quiet, new, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Felix, the owner, was kind and helpful, and available whenever I needed something. I'd rent it again without hesitation if I return to Cuenca and it's free.

That little terrace was just right for a quiet drink. We stayed six days in August 2024, and Félix was so attentive, leaving us fruit, coffee, tea and milk. The apartment was bright, spacious and quiet, with great air conditioning, modern appliances and super comfortable beds. Clean, new and cozy, and it had what we needed, including games, toys, books and tourist guides. We'll book it again when we're back in Cuenca.
