Blanca was delightful, and her son was too. Everything was splendid, and I found the kind of peace I hadn’t felt in a long time. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. Hope to return very soon!

The house was cozy and had everything we needed for traveling with our 2-year-old. It’s near town but tucked away, so it’s very peaceful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again. I’d read comments here about the owners being on the same property, but it wasn’t an issue at all. They’re super friendly and don’t interfere. Thanks to Matías for being so kind.

We’ve stayed several times and keep coming back. It’s peaceful, close to everything, and has a pool and barbecue. What more could you want? Blanca, the owner, is a delight. We usually book the same house, even though she has three others.

There are a few different accommodation options. Mine was the smallest, but it was more than enough for me, another person, and my 45-kilo dog. The house was comfortable, quiet, and well prepared, with a fireplace and heating. It’s within walking distance of the village and has easy access to the main road. A really good experience.

We’ve been staying at Casas El Garrotal for several years and love it. Blanca and her son Matias are delightful. The location works perfectly for whatever you want to do, from hiking to buying cheese, or heading to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
