Great for 6 persons with Terrace

Breakfast had loads of choice, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a favorite. I also ate dinner at the hotel all three nights. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the service was great, though my G&T cost €15. My friends got four bottles of beer for the same price. It was well made and presented, at least. The spa cost €8 for a 45-minute slot booked in advance. When I checked 15 minutes before, they had me down for the wrong Saturday, but they rebooked me. I had the whole place to myself and enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, though I wish the session had been longer. At checkout they tried to charge me for three spa visits when I'd only had one. The hotel is an easy walk from the Metro, but there aren't other restaurants nearby. I booked through Jet2 holiday for a business trip and asked for a premium room with a king bed. I got two twins instead and couldn't be bothered changing rooms the next day, so I left it. The bed was comfortable and I slept well for two nights. On my last night, a woman in room 310 talked on the phone all evening until midnight. I was worn out from work and her laughter woke me several times. I could have called reception, but I was too tired even to reach the phone by the TV. Despite the booking mix-ups, I'd be happy to stay again on my next visit.

The mattress was so hard that I didn't sleep well, and the two twin beds they pushed together kept sliding apart even though we'd asked for a king. The spa and wellness center was advertised, but it was closed because of jacuzzi problems. The hotel itself was very nice. Dinner was okay and breakfast decent.

We booked this hotel because it's a one-minute walk from the SJD Children Hospital. The staff were genuinely helpful and understood what families need when making regular clinic visits. Breakfast was good too, and the airport is about 15 minutes away by taxi.

The rooms were really clean, and breakfast was amazing, with plenty to eat and freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed over New Year's, and the staff were thoughtful and very helpful. The service was the best part of a great visit. I'd definitely come back.
