This was a very poor customer experience. At midday, while hiking the Camino, we called to ask about beds. They said two were available, but wanted my credit card details in case we didn't show up. I gave them the details and felt relieved that we'd secured somewhere to sleep. Then they called back shortly afterward to say the beds had already been given to other travelers, so there was nothing available. They should get their information straight before confirming a bed. That isn't professional, and they can do better.

The owner and caretaker was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. A great place to stay.

The hosts were really welcoming and super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and in a lovely, quiet spot, just a stone's throw from the town centre.
