The staff were friendly, and the WiFi was fast. I stayed two nights and had a comfortable room with a good bed and small desk. There was plenty of hot water, good natural light, and blackout blinds for nighttime. I tried the breakfast buffet one morning and recommend it, though I had to leave too early to have breakfast on the second morning. It was great in every way.

During my Camino stay, the first room I was given had some objective shortcomings. I told the manager right away and asked for another, and they promptly accommodated me. The replacement room even exceeded my expectations. I appreciated how polite and responsive the staff were.

Massages at affordable prices were a lovely extra, and the location is hard to beat: under five minutes on foot to the city centre, shops, and port, and a 20-minute walk to stunning Langosteira beach. The staff were friendly and patient. Everything was sparkling clean, the bed and bathroom were nice, and there was a bath. The living room area felt comfortable and welcoming, though I didn’t get to use it. I’d happily stay here every time I return to Finisterra. Thank you!

Love this hotel. The price is great, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are clean. And they have a kitchen, which is amazing. I only wish it opened earlier. Thanks, everyone!

They charged me twice, and now they’re ignoring my messages and emails instead of giving my money back. I provided all the screenshots and bank statements. They are scammers.
