We felt welcome as soon as we arrived at this Italian pizzeria in Es Pujols, Formentera. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything we tried tasted excellent, from fresh pasta to authentic wood-fired pizza, and each dish was well prepared with quality ingredients. You can taste the care and tradition in the food. We'd absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the island. A real gem.

The manager listened to our concerns and let us pay just for the water, but the meal itself was awful. None of the six of us could eat the menu of the day. The rice salad tasted like it had spoiled cream in it, and the supposedly grilled chicken was cold and slimy. The waiting staff were rude and dismissive.

The meal was dreadful, and the service made the whole evening exhausting. Our group of three got one pizza first, then waited 40 minutes for the Caesar salad and another 15 for the last plate. The pizza went cold and hard while we ate, and two chicken nuggets in the salad were raw and pink. When we raised it, the chef dismissed us and told us to calm down without apologizing. The waitresses said it wasn't their fault and offered to microwave the food. We still had to pay for the poor meal. Earlier, a waitress brought warm beer with dirt on the rim, and the high prices didn't match the service. When we asked why later seated tables were served first, the chef claimed pizza took less time than our other dishes, which was completely false. With the long waits, bad food, and dismissive replies, I wouldn't recommend this as a place to eat in Es Pujols.

On an island with so many good restaurants, I'd avoid this one. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive: an average pizza and a salad that was undressed and pretty tasteless. Before that, we waited 25 minutes just to be seen, despite flagging staff several times when it wasn't busy. They asked for our order before showing us a menu, then there was another delay before we could actually order. Even paying was difficult. As we left, the head waiter shouted after us to ask if we'd paid, as he thought we were trying to leave without paying. The service was so bad it was almost funny.
