The location made it easy to enjoy Granada, and Posada de Quijada itself is a lovely, cozy guest house. It was a wonderful, memorable stay. Granada has plenty of hills and stairs, which are charming but can be difficult with mobility concerns or heavy bags. If you need a taxi, call before and after your stay to book one. The hotel staff are very helpful and make arranging it easy. Tony made the biggest impression on us. When my boyfriend and I got sick and were stuck in our room, he brought us ginger, lemon, and honey tea. That kind of care felt like being looked after by family, and it meant so much. His service went well beyond what we expected. We'd absolutely stay again and can't recommend Posada de Quijada enough. Warm hospitality, great service, and a manager who really cares about the guests.

I was lucky to get a room at the Posada. It’s in the Albaicín, a great spot if you want to experience Granada. The room was really clean, Tony was hospitable, and the food was excellent. It was affordable, too. I’d definitely come back.

Our room was quiet, just off the entrance, and cozy, perfect for a night. Getting there with luggage takes some effort, but the location is worth it. Tony was very helpful, and breakfast was a treat.

We speak very little Spanish, but the landlady was happy to offer advice and take reservation requests. Her suggestions were all excellent. The breakfasts were huge and delicious, usually homemade cake, fruit, bread, meat, and cheese, with other choices available. Even after walking the hills all day, we stayed full until mid-afternoon. This is a charming, comfortable B&B in the Albaicin, close to everything. It has a relaxed feel and a lovely shaded courtyard with tables and greenery. The rooms are clean and attractive, and the showers have excellent water pressure.

Tony welcomed us and made us feel at home, which helped make this our favorite stay of a two-week-plus trip around Europe. We had to leave early for a train and would miss breakfast, so he packed us snacks and drinks for lunch the next day. They really go above and beyond!
