Hotel Arriola

The hotel’s interior is beautiful, with breathtaking scenes of Granada on the walls, and the food was delicious. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the center. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Falin, who was always ready to assist.

The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helped us whenever we needed anything. Our room was clean and had a small desk, and the air conditioning came in very handy during our summer visit. We had parking, but it was public and we had to pay for it. The place was fine, close to the cathedral, with fantastic views.

The bathroom was in top condition, and the room was very clean. Since it was during Corona times, there wasn’t a 24-hour reception, but everything went smoothly. The only downside was the rather weak Wi-Fi signal. Otherwise, they deserve five stars.

At 9pm, I arrived to find nobody around, not even working at the bar, and the listed contact number was out of service. Eventually someone showed up. There isn’t a separate hotel entrance, you go in through the restaurant and the rooms are upstairs. The room itself was fine, nothing special. In the middle of the night, someone rang the front bell trying to get into the building. It could be heard throughout the hotel, and they kept ringing for about 45 minutes, until 3am, with no staff around to help. In the morning, the receptionist said they didn’t know anything about it.
