Sonia, the Manager, was professional and helpful, spoke excellent English, recommended restaurants, and arranged taxis for us. Our accommodation was quiet and peaceful, right in the city centre, and the apartment was spotless. The rooms were cleaned every day. We’ll definitely return, our stay was faultless.

The location was ideal, a short walk from the cathedral, the Albaicín, and the river. We also got great service: the managers were quick to respond on WhatsApp, and we could stop by their office with questions. Daily housekeeping was free, which was handy on the days we needed it, though sometimes the timing meant it wasn’t convenient to leave the apartment. We spent a lot of our month-long stay working and relaxing in the spacious deluxe room. A manager kindly upgraded us from a standard room, and the separate lounge and work areas were a real plus. The wood floors and ceilings looked lovely, and the lighting was great. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but cooking was limited by a single hot plate and there was no oven. We got some small pots from the supply cupboard, but only had one large pot, so another would have helped. I’d highly recommend ISA Granada. Five stars.

The only small annoyance was that there was no plug in the kitchen, so we had to use the coffee machine on the floor. They provided some coffee pods, though, and reception could supply more instead of making us buy a whole box at a shop. The apartment was airy, spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they booked nearby parking and gave us clear directions, so arrival and check-in were easy. It’s in a quiet backstreet close enough to walk to the main attractions. The Alhambra is a fairly steep walk, but there are several buses if you’d rather not climb. After a hot day sightseeing, the calm inner courtyard and plunge pool were lovely. There’s also a little patisserie around the corner with freshly made morning croissants. We’ll be back!

Getting there by car is really difficult because the streets are so narrow, but they do offer nearby parking options. The place itself was beautiful, especially the shared entrance downstairs, and the apartment we rented was very spacious. Service was quick and efficient, and the information PDF was clear and complete. It’s pet friendly for a small extra charge that felt inexpensive and worthwhile. Our dogs had beds, bowls, and a treat waiting for them, which was lovely. The attention, cleanliness, location, conditions, and kindness were all 10/10. Highly recommended!
