We had a great stay. The team was really nice, and being able to bring our dog mattered most to us. It was a good place to stay and good value for money.

The stairs and reception make noise throughout the building. And this is the view from our “window.” If you want to be honest, put this photo on your website and mention the noise.

We couldn’t sleep because our inside room had a “light shaft” for a window, with air-conditioning units from all 5 or 6 floors in it. There was so much noise and bad air. The room shown on Booking looked totally different from ours. They may say it was a different room type, but at least sell a room with a normal window so we can breathe and sleep. The receptionist was very arrogant when we asked to change rooms the next morning and didn’t offer any help. The owner was unfriendly too. They might say all the street-side rooms were occupied, but we checked and there was still one available. Even if changing rooms wasn’t possible, they should have handled the complaint in a friendly way. I can’t understand how they’ve been selling a room like this for so many years, despite lots of complaints. Not recommended!

The room was very spacious, and for the price you really can’t complain. It’s cheap, clean, and handy for a quick Granada visit, with everything within walking distance and transport to Alhambra close enough. I went in winter and there was plenty of hot water, though it took a while to come through. The room cleaning service was there too. The staff were helpful and friendly, even though English isn’t their strong point, and Spanish isn’t mine. There’s no coffee or tea setup in the room, just a machine downstairs. If, like me, you drink loads of coffee and want a good cup, I’d bring a travel kettle.
