The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has loads of charm. I especially wish I could give it extra stars for the location.

The double beds were very comfortable, though the extra beds weren't great. The place is clean, check-in was easy, and it's right in the center on a pedestrian street. Our attic room was on the third floor, with no elevator. The bathroom had no window or much ventilation, and a strong drain smell came up through the sink. The windows do a pretty good job of blocking sound, but each morning the bar downstairs starts playing very loud music, and we could feel the vibrations upstairs. Everything else was fine.

The rooms are small, but comfortable, and there's a capsule coffee machine for breakfast. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. It's central and close to restaurants, so there can be some noise at night. There's free parking nearby, though you'll need to manage without an elevator to reach the rooms.

We had a great stay. The rooms are simple, just right for a couple of nights, and everything was very clean and tidy. The location is good, with parking nearby. We'll definitely book again if we're back in Guadalajara.
