The central location made it easy to get around on foot. Shops, restaurants, the harbor, beaches, nightlife, and cultural sights were all just minutes away. The guesthouse itself also felt warm and welcoming, more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. I stayed for an extended period, and the whole team made me feel looked after. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, with local suggestions, transport advice, and answers to all my questions. The cleaning staff were kind and respectful, and my room and the common areas were always spotless. Everything was well organized, from the amenities to getting information or reaching staff. You can tell the place is run with care. I’d recommend it whether you’re here for a short break or a longer stay. Thanks to the owner and everyone on the team for making my time in Ibiza so memorable. I hope to return soon.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but the manager ignored my email, so I felt I had to. I was very unhappy during my couple of nights here. I asked for a partial refund after raising the problems, but never got a reply. The square below was extremely loud until 4 am, the fan rattled, and bangs from poorly maintained doors kept me awake both nights. The beds were noisy too. The room was the tiniest I’ve ever stayed in, around 2 x 3 meters, and I paid more than 200 euros for it. The booking photos made it look much bigger. There’s no elevator, just steep stairs. The toilet lock was rusty, there was no mirror, and one shower was out of order. Such a shame. As Steve Jobs, the owner of apple, used to say, treat clients well and they’ll sell for you for free. There’s nothing to sell here. It made for an exhausting vacation.

Booking early makes this place amazing value, and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Ibiza Town near cafes and restaurants. The main taxi stand is only a five-minute walk away. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

I keep coming back to Ibiza Boutique Guest House because it feels so warm and well run. Luis, the owner, is always welcoming, and Laura goes out of her way to make guests feel at home. The whole team is lovely and attentive. The rooms are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. They’re simple but really comfortable. The location in Vara de Rey in Old Town is hard to beat, with great restaurants nearby. You can walk pretty much anywhere, taxis are close, and the ferry to Playa d’en Bossa or Formentera is easy to get to. I’m already looking forward to another visit this year.
