White Apartments - Adults Only

We paid for an apartment with a sea view, but it looked very different from the booking photos and there was no sea view. Staff only told us we could leave and wouldn’t get a refund.

We booked and paid for a sea view, but ended up with a pool view, and there were bugs crawling around the apartment. The room wasn’t clean either. The receptionist was shockingly rude from check-in. I mentioned it was my birthday, and she laughed, mocked me, then sarcastically said, “We’re going to sing for you.” When I called out the disrespect, she arrogantly replied, “With this attitude, you won’t get anything.” She kept arguing with me in front of my friends, who had to step in and calm me down. She even insisted, “This is not your birthday.” Her behavior ruined my vacation and birthday and took away all my happiness about celebrating. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The owner and manager need to read this, because this kind of treatment and customer service is unacceptable and humiliating for a paying guest. I felt scammed. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

The rooms were nicely refurbished, clean and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly. Sleep wasn’t great because you could hear everything from the rooms above. There’s no parking at the hotel, and nowhere to pull up even briefly to unload the car.

The new pool was the highlight of my stay. The reception guys gave really impressive service, though I didn’t get their names. It was good value compared with other places in Ibiza town, and the rooms looked just like they did online. I had a great experience here.
