Chollo 4* Jerez

The staff were very polite and helped us sort out our missing luggage. The breakfast was good enough, and the hotel is within walking distance of the historic center. Parking is available in a nonpublic area. Our room was comfortable, nice, and clean.

We had plenty to choose from at breakfast, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Our splendid room was spotless, with an enormous bed, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. A few small things bothered me: the lighting was weak, even with the little lamps and wall lights, and there were too many switches. The carpet looked a bit worn but was still impeccably clean. The stairs in the room were a little slippery, though they were a lovely feature.

After a day touring wonderful Jerez, the walk back from the center felt long. The hotel’s lovely, but it was just slightly in the wrong place for me. It’s opposite some kind of events venue that was holding Octoberfest, so you can imagine the noise until the early hours. I’d highly recommend it to people who are fit, and maybe a little hard of hearing!

Our room was huge, new, and super comfortable, and the hotel was great value. There’s parking on the property and a good breakfast. It’s close to the horse show in Jerez, and I’ll look for a chance to stay at Soho Boutique hotels again.
