The AC in the room didn't work either. And after loving this place on a trip with friends seven years ago, I came back with my partner this year and was so disappointed. The sink had no running water, so we brushed our teeth in the kitchen, and the kitchen tap was so loose it felt like it might come off in our hands. We'd booked a place with a patio for dinners, but there was no electricity out there, and the Wi-Fi worked only two days out of ten. We were supposed to get fresh towels after four days, but by day six we had to call and ask. The owner said the laundry machine was broken and asked whether the cleaner could come into our apartment to wash towels and bring them back. Unbelievable. We said we wanted clean towels that day and they should sort it out. After several calls and us getting serious, they finally brought clean towels and fixed the patio light and faucets, all on day six of our ten-day stay. The owner leaves a lot to be desired and puts all the responsibility on the cleaner, who has to take calls and complaints from every guest through no fault of her own. Disappointing, I won't return.

The sofa bed was torture, and the shower curtain was too small, so water spilled out every time we showered. The apartment was filthy, with broken or damaged things like the terrace lights, bedroom closet doors, and a freezer packed with ice. We reported them when we arrived and got no response. Then they charged us an extra €50 when we left. A disaster!!!

The place was VERY DIRTY, and several things were broken: the bedroom door was off its hinges when we arrived, another bedroom door COULDN'T BE OPENED AT ALL DURING OUR STAY, the terrace had no light so we couldn't use it, and the freezer didn't work. We reported everything and sent photos showing the TERRIBLE condition, but they charged us €50 without warning. They won't answer my calls or messages anywhere, and Booking.com isn't helping either.

Pets are accepted and the apartments themselves are fine, but the service was really poor. We went a whole week without a key for the building entrance, and our messages were completely ignored. One night we stood outside for an hour waiting for someone to let us in. It's a shame, because that indifference left a bad feeling. Parking nearby is incredibly difficult too.
