Even with the hotel fully booked, the team made the service feel personal, warm, and friendly. I stayed at Hotel Villa Jerez with my husband, our daughters, and a group of friends, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. It’s a charming boutique property with great attention to detail and a genuine effort to make sure guests enjoy their holiday. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

The neighborhood is lovely, and we could get to the city center easily. We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday, thanks in part to Olga, Ana, Antonio, and the rest of the team. The pool felt like a little oasis, and the food was tasty and traditional. A classy boutique hotel with great quality and service. We’re already hoping to come back soon. Thanks so much!

A small, peaceful hotel, and I hope we get to return. Breakfast had a nice variety, and there are plenty of good restaurants close by. It took us about 25 minutes to walk into central Jerez. The pool was nice, and the shower and jacuzzi bath were fantastic. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were lovely throughout. Reyes deserves a special mention for being so helpful and friendly. We didn’t try dinner.

The room had loads of space and a huge balcony, and breakfast kept us going with enough choice for our three days. We really enjoyed staying here. The terrace was very quiet, though, so a bit of gentle music there would be a nice improvement.

After busy days exploring, the comfortable, luxurious rooms made for a peaceful place to unwind. The hotel has a lovely oasis-like feel, and the staff were both friendly and professional. Service was exemplary, and the dining was first-rate, a real gourmet experience. We found the whole stay tremendously delightful. Hotel Villa Jerez is a gem in Cadiz and, to me, a fine example of hospitality.
