We were out most of the day, so having a place where we could all be together worked well for us. The location is ideal and quiet, and the apartment is big enough for a family, with four bathrooms and air conditioning. Check-in went smoothly. The decor felt a bit bland, the beds weren't comfortable, and it wasn't very clean. The shower temperature kept going scalding hot, and some of the chairs were loose.

We lost the whole first afternoon trying to find a key that would open the door, and didn't get into the apartment until midnight. The treatment we got that weekend was horrendous. When we arrived, a neighborhood transformer problem had left the place without electricity, so there was no elevator, appliances, or power outlets. All our food went bad without a fridge. We asked the apartment management for substantial compensation and for them to file a claim with Endesa for the damage. We're still waiting, and we'll use every means available to make sure they take responsibility.

The only things I liked were the apartment's size and location. The floor was dirty, there were ants in the kitchen, and we found hair in the showers and on the beds. The bill also lists a €50 cleaning fee. We weren't told about the €90 deposit until after we had booked and paid.

Five couples stayed here and there was room for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the open-plan kitchen and the big living and dining area. From the balcony, which has space for a table for two, you look out over the church and a quiet square. A beautiful apartment, highly recommended!
