The spa was a lovely part of our stay, and the staff were so kind. The food was excellent too. It’s a great base for visiting La Albarca and the surrounding villages.

We had a good dinner with half board, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was just okay, with no healthy cereal or oatmeal choices. You can book spa time when you arrive, though the price per person feels steep for 90 minutes.

4/10
The spa had cold water dripping from the roof, and breakfast was poor, with rotten apples and eggshell in the tortilla. Across the hotel, about half the equipment was malfunctioning. Staff responded and arranged repairs, but sorting that out wasn't what we wanted to spend our stay on. The place felt very average, overpriced, and overvalued. I could keep listing things, but you get the idea.

The staff were friendly overall, but the hotel feels more like a superior 3-star place. You pay separately for the pool, parking, and kids' entertainment room, whose equipment was in bad condition. Overrated.

We loved a lot about this resort just outside La Aberca. Our cabin was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the beds were amazing. With the fresh air, we slept incredibly well. We were there for three nights with our two dogs, and the room was serviced daily, which we hadn't expected. The mini kitchen came without any utensils, though, since the cabins are sold as sleeping accommodation only. One night the cabin was cold. The air conditioning unit only blows cold air, but reception sent someone to light the wood-burning fire, which warmed the whole cabin and made it lovely. The spa was okay for a couple of hours, but limited and quite crowded, and not one of the best we've visited. Having the dogs in the room was expensive at 22 euros plus tax per night.
