The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was average. The place feels past its best, with worn rooms, mould marks in the shower, and a strange sewer smell. There's a permanently fitted perforated metal screen in front of the windows, so you can't tell what the weather's like.

For a four-star place, this was rubbish. The first room's fridge was hot inside, so I moved. In the second room the hairdryer didn't work, and the fire alarm went off at 4 and 5 in the morning. It's on a busy junction and was very noisy. Book somewhere else.

The reception service was amazing, and breakfast was very good. In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in ACoruña. I loved my room, it was neat, clean, spacious, and had modern facilities. The location is excellent too.

When I checked out, I realised I'd left my laptop charger behind. The staff went out of their way and sent it by taxi to the airport, just in time for my departure. They were helpful and nice throughout, and the comfortable, clean room made this a very decent hotel in the town centre, especially for a business trip. Breakfast had a good selection, including eggs, cold cuts, pastries, and cereals.
