Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly. It's right in the centre, and having a restaurant included was really handy.

This was the worst experience of our lives. We arrived at 18:30 on a Friday with a Booking reservation that we'd already paid for, only to be told they couldn't accommodate us and would move us to another nearby hostal. That place was completely different from what we'd booked. Nobody contacted us beforehand or gave us the option of a refund so we could find somewhere we actually liked. I've worked for an international hotel group and traveled quite a lot, and I've never seen or heard of anything like this. Totally unacceptable!

It worked well for what we needed. The place was very clean, and they cleaned and refreshed it every day. The bath/shower and toilet were small but functional. I'd recommend it as a base if you want to be close to the old city.

I paid for a room through Booking, but when I arrived they'd given it to someone else. There was no apology. When I asked for my money back, the owner was extremely rude and offered no solution. Awful service.

Good service and a tidy place. If you're looking for a cheap stay with a clean room, this is the place.
