Being right by the Obelisk puts Pension Roma in the middle of the city center, and I loved how easily I could walk everywhere. The receptionist was kind and friendly, gave me a map and suggested places to visit. Check-in was simple, and I was able to get into my room a little before 2 pm. I stayed three nights in a single room. It wasn’t the newest, and it got a bit hot, though opening the windows helped. It was very clean and quiet overall. You might hear a voice or door now and then in an old building, but loud noise didn’t bother me. It worked well for a few nights, and I’d recommend it and stay again.

The area was quiet and pleasant, with restaurants all around, and the price is hard to beat. There was no air conditioning, fridge, or breakfast, but the weather was fine and those weren’t a problem for me. I did miss having a fridge, though. For the cost, it was a great stay.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. It’s also really close to the city’s main points of interest.

The service was the best part. The room was quite nice too, and so was breakfast.
