The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hostel and facilities are generally quite good. The problem was the organization around reception hours. Nobody had told us about them, and we couldn’t find that information anywhere. We called the number for inquiries, and the person who answered, who I assume was the owner, spoke to us very rudely and made it sound like our fault. She said we’d have to wait there for at least two hours until reception staff came back. The receptionist who eventually helped us was super nice and pleasant. It’s a shame the owner’s attitude was so off-putting, because it really doesn’t make me want to return.
