Hotel Zenit Coruña

The bed was comfortable, and the room was okay, though very tight for three people. The suite description hadn't made it clear that it would accommodate three, and when we arrived they wouldn't give us an upgrade, saying they were full. There was no coffee in the room. They'd set out only two drinking cups and the free water bottles were also just two. If the room is for three, why provide only two cups and two waters?

The lobby was a great place to relax on our last day, and our room was super clean. The front desk staff were really helpful and nice. We had an amazing experience here.

Our two rooms were modern and very clean, but tiny. As another reviewer said, there wasn't enough space to leave an open suitcase between the bed and any wall. The location was good and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast had a nice, tasty selection, though the cereal choices were poor and the sweet cappuccino and “orange juice” were horrible. Room service didn't replace the tea or mugs.

The location was very good, near the beach, shops, restaurants, and city centre, and the hotel had been recently refurbished. The beds were comfortable and breakfast plentiful. There was a maintenance problem with the shower handle falling off, and the air con didn't seem to work very well.
