The team looking after the place were superb, and breakfast was delicious. A great spot for enjoying the calm of the area, definitely recommend!

Too expensive for what it is. There are no facilities, not even an evening meal, so I don't think it deserves to be called a hotel. Disappointing.

Olaya was kind and attentive the whole time, always checking that we had what we needed. We stayed one night at Hotel Peñalba in a rustic, cozy room done in wood, with a vintage-style shower and simple touches that made it feel inviting. The huge bed was great for sleeping well. Breakfast was spectacular, honestly among the best we've had: toast with butter and homemade jam, croissants, melon, fuet sausage, all delicious and served with a warm, friendly feel. It may be a bit expensive for just one night, but Olaya's hospitality and the breakfast quality make it worth it.

Olaia was such a delight, and we're bikers too, just like her. From the minute we arrived, the four of us felt at home during our four days at Hotel Peñalba. The welcome was incredibly warm, the rooms had a rustic look but were well maintained, and breakfast was amazing. You definitely won't leave hungry 🤣. We'd happily stay again. Thanks for everything, Olaia, from Jon Mikel, Roberto, and Íñigo. Best regards.
