I haven’t stayed or rented here myself, but I know the apartments through people close to me and have been inside. They’re very nice, cozy and private, in Spain’s Priorat wine country. Seems great for a small family or one person.

I arrived late on my motorbike in this magical mountain spot and wasn’t sure I’d be able to find any food. The host went beyond what I expected. She’s local, knows all the restaurants and has connections, so I managed to get a late dinner at a pizza place. Really, really nice!

The apartment is well placed near the village shop and the road access. It was a very good stay, with plenty of space and good equipment. All the services worked properly, and the clean sheets and towels were included in enough quantity for our group of four.

There’s a bit of a trek from the parking area, about three minutes on foot, and getting your bags into the house can be awkward. Depending on the room, there are stairs to climb too, so it’s not great with lots of luggage. Still, the house is right in the village center, which is lovely to explore, and charming places like Siurana are nearby. The owner is incredibly friendly. Towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: three have double beds, and one has two singles. One bathroom even has a vintage bathtub. The house is said to be among the first in the village to have running water.

Victoria was very kind and attentive, and the apartment was spotless. The furnishings were clean too. It’s in an excellent location, and the town is pretty and peaceful, with a municipal swimming pool. There’s plenty to do nearby, including visits to olive oil and wine cooperatives, the Carthusian Monastery of Escala Dei, and the mines of Bellmunt del Priorat. The apartment itself was very spacious, including the bedrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The one drawback was having to climb to the third floor since there’s no elevator.
