Las Casitas de los Mata

The host was attentive, friendly and always ready to help. We had a lovely three-night stay, and the house had everything we needed. Its spot on the edge of town was peaceful, with plenty of parking, while still just a short walk from the center and its excellent bars and taverns serving typical local dishes. There’s a perfect barbecue for cooking the delicious local meats, and the surroundings are beautiful, with lovely trails to explore. It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’ll return.

The December long weekend was wonderful, and the weather was perfect. Jose Vicente was very polite and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home. My little ones especially loved visiting his father’s farm, where they could wander around and see the animals up close. Las Casitas de los Mata is in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, great for a few family days away from the city. Fresh air, nature, and a really helpful app with places and routes too. A perfect 10. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

I’ve lost count, but we’ve been there three or four times already, most recently from December 4th to the 6th. We always leave happy. The houses are well equipped with everything you need, and the heating keeps them warm. I love visiting Landete, especially the little houses. Thanks for everything, José Vicente.

The mattresses and the extra bed they provide aren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great. There are several well-maintained two-bedroom apartments within walking distance of the village, and children can visit the owners’ pets.
