Hotel MG Poniente

The whole hotel was spotless, and our room was comfortable. The location is hard to beat, with the beach a minute away. Amber, Mike and Guillermo deserve special thanks for their recommendations and for making breakfast feel so welcoming. I'd definitely recommend staying here 😊

The reception team were such lovely people, friendly, helpful, and just good humans. Thanks for making our stay perfect. The hotel and rooms were in excellent shape and so, so clean. The location is incredibly convenient, right by the beach, cafes, bus stops, and shops. I'd absolutely come back. One of the best hotels I've stayed at recently.

The area was fairly quiet, and the hotel was close to the beach. I had excellent service and felt comfortable. There was a leak from the shower into the bedroom, but I asked reception for extra towels to soak it up and it didn't cause me any trouble. I'm sure they would have offered another room if I'd asked.

Amber at reception and the other main guy who was there most evenings, whose name I didn't catch, were absolute gems. So polite, helpful, and really good at their jobs. They even emailed beforehand to let me know about street work in the mornings, though I didn't hear anything. I stayed four nights and was pleased with everything. Great location, clean, and the shower pressure was amazing. The room was a bit cramped, or cosy, but fine for me on my own. Breakfast was nice too, with meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, bacon, sausages, cakes, muesli, and more. Great stay :)
