La Casita de Las Palmas VV

I stayed for half a year and have nothing to complain about. I felt very welcome.

La Casita de las Palmas is cozy and so peaceful, a lovely place to stay. This was our second time here this month, for two full weeks, and honestly I have no complaints. We come back whenever we can because it has everything we're looking for. Restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy are all just a 5-minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car. Pamela is lovely, charming and attentive. Thank you, Pamela!

It's cozy, refined and very quiet, just right for relaxing. The village is 800m away on foot for food and drinks, and the bus stop is a 7-minute walk. Two people can travel to the capital for €2.80.

The cottage is spacious, comfortable and charming, a great option for families. It's exactly like the photos, in a green, very quiet area with easy parking, about 15-20 minutes from the airport and the capital. They provided useful supplies including napkins, oil, salt, spices, dish soap, shower gel and shampoo. But our stay wasn't entirely positive: the house wasn't clean, with wood shavings on the kitchen floor, food scraps in the fridge, dusty shelves, cobwebs, dry leaves and plastic on the terrace, bugs in the bathroom vase, a few eyelashes on the sheets and a dirty pot. We'd reserved a crib and had confirmation by email, but it wasn't there when we arrived. When we told the owner, she sent a girl to bring it and sweep the floor, which we appreciated. Still, we paid a €10 crib supplement, had to assemble it ourselves, and were given no mattress cover, sheet or anything else for it. We used the only extra blanket for the baby, which left us cold at night despite the small heater. There were two adults, a child and a baby, but only three towels, so we had to share. The place is very nice, but the dirt and shortage of blankets and towels affected our experience.
