8.2/10
6/10
The location is a real plus, and the rooms are pretty good. Getting there with large luggage is awkward: there are stairs but no ramp, and cars or buses can't pull up outside, so you have to walk about 50 mtrs. There's no coffee station, restaurant, or bar in the hotel.
6/10
The street noise comes straight through the very thin windows, so bring your best earplugs. Staff are friendly, and the amenities are okay, if a little dated. The location is good, but I didn't think it was fantastic value for money.
10/10
Ewa at reception was a really friendly host and went out of her way to make a difference. The hotel is central, in a less touristy part of Gran Canaria, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a lovely atmosphere around the beach.
10/10
The food was delicious and there were lots of different dishes to try. The hotel was very clean, and the people were kind and helpful. Amazing stay, highly recommend.
10/10
We had to extend our family holiday unexpectedly and stayed here for three days. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend the hotel and stay again.
