Apartamentos Altar Suites Conde Luna

We were left without a place to stay. We’d booked directly with them well ahead for that day, but when we called to confirm the afternoon before, they said the apartment was gone because they’d let it to other guests through Booking.com. They hadn’t kept our reservation. Very unprofessional, and we won’t be back. I can’t say anything about the rooms or location since we never got to stay there.

Marta gave us clear directions to the apartment and explained the nearby parking choices. There are two underground garages close by, but we used a metered-style lot instead. It was a pleasant nine-minute walk past the cathedral, and parking cost €2.80 for the whole day. The apartment itself was spotless, with very clean sheets and all the little details taken care of. Breakfast had been left for us, too. We were four, though there’s room for six. The cathedral is about a five-minute walk away. I thought the whole place was excellent, and Marta was a lovely host.

Joam’s comment is damaging our image, and we’ve already asked Google to remove it. He was not our guest and did not stay in our apartment, so the stay he describes has nothing to do with this accommodation. Future guests should look at reviews on booking sites that verify them.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with attention to the details and a great location. About Joam’s comment, the photos aren’t from the Conde Luna apartment at all. It seems he doesn’t even know where he stayed.
