At best, I'd call this a two-star hotel. The rooms feel dingy, there's mold in the shower, and the air conditioning barely worked. Most of the staff seemed unfriendly and didn't seem glad to have a pilgrim. I'd skip this place.

There's good covered parking around the back. The rooms were okay and clean, though the water pressure was low. Getting to an open restaurant or bar means a long walk along a main road without a pavement, and the man at the front desk was surly.

The room was lovely and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. We didn't try the restaurant, but breakfast was simple and good, with fresh orange juice. León is a short drive away. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

The food was great, and the place looks nice. I haven't tried the rooms, but as a restaurant it was better than I expected from a three-star place, and the bar had excellent tapas, whether you want a snack or a big dinner. It's a hotel, restaurant, and bar all together. There's a large car park with several spaces reserved for disabled people, plus an access ramp. An outdoor tent can be used for events when the weather cooperates. One downside is how little information is available online. We were told the menu wasn't posted, so we had to book at the desk.

The food experience was really bad. They told us food wouldn't be available until 8:30, even though the cafeteria opened at 5:00 pm.
