We got no sleep at all because the room faced an extremely busy street, with loud noise all night. We were also left outside for several hours because we weren’t given an entry code and there were no instructions in any language. The hotel was hard to locate, and the reception desk was at another hotel several blocks away, which was difficult to find too. Cars can’t get near the hotel, so we had to drag our luggage several blocks uphill. We were scheduled to stay another night and couldn’t cancel.

I love this place, and the location is good. The hospitality was lovely. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time.

People should know there’s no front desk here. The person we had to deal with had zero customer service. Be very careful when you book, or you could end up like us: three people sleeping in one bed and sharing towels.

Great location and a very nice apartment. We highly recommend it!

6/10
The apartment was well located and reasonably priced, but the cleanliness could be better. The carpet was pretty dirty and stained, and the kitchen counter needed wiping. I also found the amenities lacking: no napkins or dish towels, just one wine glass and two tumblers, and no sponge to wash them. There were no teaspoons or toaster either. The small freezer compartment was full of frost, which kept the door from closing. For two people staying two days, there were only two small toilet paper rolls, and one was partly used.
