The rooms were nice for the price, but I’d be wary of staying here if you need reliable internet for work. In room 108, WiFi worked on Android, sometimes on iPhone, and not at all on iPad, Windows, or Linux. I couldn’t test it on a Mac. I also tried connecting from the hallways and had the same problem. Staff suggested restarting the router, which didn’t help. When we asked if they could call a technician, they said no because the WiFi worked for them. EDIT: They later offered to move us to another room and said they’d look into the issue for the future.

A kettle would be a handy extra. We had to heat water for tea or coffee in a small pan. That’s a minor gripe, though. I’ve stayed here four times in the past year and would happily recommend it to friends. It’s near the city center in a peaceful but lively neighborhood, with lots of shops and supermarkets close by, plus some good bars. Check out La Sifoneria on Plaza Sta Ana.

We’d happily stay again. The apartments were very clean and spacious, about a ten-minute walk from the historic center, and there’s a large parking lot just two minutes away. We’d originally planned to stay at these apartments, but at the last minute they offered us another option next to the Parador de San Marcos. The apartment was fantastic.
