A very nice place to stay, with fast internet and great hospitality.

The room wasn't worth the price. The towels and sheets were old and dirty. I wasn't expecting luxury for £40 a night, but even £20 would feel like too much. My last day was just as frustrating. I tried to shower at 11:20, with checkout at 12:00, but the woman said it was too late because the cleaner was leaving. Then, ten minutes before checkout, she opened my door without permission to tell me I had ten minutes left. The service was unpleasant from the start. I let them know ahead of time that traffic had delayed me for five hours and I'd arrive at 10:00 PM. They said that was fine, but when I got there the woman complained that she'd been waiting all day. When I handed over my passport for check-in, she gave me a dirty look and asked whether I was Spanish and where my ID card was. I'm traveling from London, so I obviously need my passport. That was completely out of line. Terrible customer service. The woman managing this place shouldn't be running a hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I stayed in November, and the location was ideal, right in the center. But the room had no heating at all, no stove or heater, and it was freezing in the middle of winter. Very unpleasant. I didn't see air conditioning either, so I imagine it must get really hot in summer. The bathroom was okay apart from the shower. The showerhead was loose with no bracket, so you have to hold it with one hand while washing. Terrible. I don't recommend it, as you'll have a very bad night. Better to pay €10 more for a hotel, since the price isn't much different.
