10/10
The location was ideal, near plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as Metro stations. The staff were excellent, though they're not on site around the clock. You can always reach them by phone in an emergency. Our apartment could easily sleep four, with a separate bedroom and its own full bathroom, plus a Murphy bed and another full bathroom in the living area. There was also a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and clothes washer. A wonderful apartment hotel!

The staff we met were all super friendly, and the location was great. We had everything we needed in a clean, modern, spacious apartment, with great air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back next time I'm in Madrid.

We've stayed here twice and would gladly return. The apartments are very nice, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's well placed for visiting all the museums and galleries. I'd highly recommend it for either a short or long stay.

Clean place, and the staff were very nice. It's central in Madrid, with lots of landmarks, museums, parks, and shops within walking distance. There are also lovely bakeries and tapas bars just down the road. A wonderful place to stay.

The staff went above and beyond to look after us when Ryanair cancelled our flights home. The apartment was brilliant, beautifully furnished, spotless, and really comfortable.
