Apartamento Gran Via Callao

The staff were really friendly and responsible. The hotel is right in the city center, which is a big plus, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially liked the bedding: no stains or other people's hair, and the duvet was properly inside a duvet cover. In most hotels in Spain, I've found duvets are just put between two sheets.

The reception team were kind and helpful around the clock. I liked how warm the hotel felt, and it was clean, modern, and nice without feeling so luxurious that it became uncomfortable.

A good choice in Madrid. The hotel's nice and clean, right on the corner of Grand Via. The rooms are a good size and quiet, breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful. The street up to Gran Via is full of Chienese shops and restaurants, but I don't mind, I like their food :))

The rooms were very good, and the location was excellent. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, and stay again if we return to Madrid. One thing was really uncomfortable, though. The cleaner on our floor asked in the morning if we wanted the room cleaned, and we clearly said no. We also left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. When we got back that afternoon, it was still there. The cleaner knocked anyway, and after we answered and said no, they pushed past us and came into the room. Guest privacy and preferences should be respected.
