The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and the hotel itself was fine. But there was almost no soundproofing between rooms. We had to move because the person next door was snoring extremely loudly. For what we paid, I expected more peace and nicer facilities overall.
We enjoyed our three nights here. The room was clean, with a nice bathroom and a rainbow shower. Breakfast was very good, with everything you'd want, and cost only 12 euros per person. The price felt fair for the quality, and the hotel is centrally placed, not far from everything we wanted to visit.
The location is good, but I'm afraid that's the hotel's only advantage. The soundproofing is really poor, and every day we couldn't sleep until midnight because we could hear the neighbors talking from every direction, even the room opposite. The air conditioner smelled damp and moldy, almost like sewage, though the bathroom itself was normal.
The location makes it easy to explore the area on foot, and it's definitely the hotel's strongest point. Breakfast is simple and basic, but fine to get the day started. There are also several very good cafés and breakfast places right nearby, so it's easy to switch things up.
Our room was ready before check-in time, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast staff were very kind to us. I also want to give receptionist Mr. Sergio and the lady who was on reception yesterday 5/5 for customer service. Fantastic hotel, right in the heart of the city. I'd totally recommend it to everyone.
